Privacy & analytics

Your analytics choice

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, and clicks on Amazon product links. This helps us improve our guides. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser and device information. We do not enable Google signals or advertising personalization.

Analytics loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” at the bottom of any page. Declining does not affect access to our content. We store your preference in your browser so we can remember it. Withdrawing consent stops future collection in that browser and removes our Google Analytics cookies; it does not delete data already collected.

What our reports contain

We measure the pages people visit and, for shopping links, the product identifier, guide, holiday, and position in the list. We do not send your name or email address to Analytics. Our page-view tracking excludes URL query strings and fragments. Reports about Amazon link clicks do not tell us whether you made a purchase or how much commission a click earned.

Hosting and third-party content

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process connection information to deliver and protect it. Product images load from Amazon’s servers, which receive the connection information needed to deliver those images. When you follow an affiliate link, Amazon’s own privacy and cookie policies apply. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
